Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near the UT fields, making it easy to access for sports events or activities. The rooms are also very spacious, perfect for someone like me who has claustrophobia. It was a relief to have so much space to move around in. the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. They even invited me to join them for a food gathering, which was a nice gesture and made me feel less alone. the property was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.

The furniture in the rooms could use some rearranging. The bed being against the wall made it difficult for the person on the inside to get in and out comfortably.

This place is perfect for exploring the area, it exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely return and recommend it.

The location of the property is ideal, with a bus-stop close by and various amenities within reach. the room was spacious, clean, and had a big bath. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of a big family. the mini hamper with breakfast treats was a sweet touch.

The curtains in the room were simple and barely covered the window, which affected privacy.
